Repeal the right to bear arms for unauthorized, untrained citizens. The only people whom should be allowed the right to carry a firearm would include trained and mentally stable militants, government officials, and those hired for our protection such as cops or security officers.
Addtionally, the government should responsibly oversee that ALL firearm manufacturers are going into the hands of the individuals stated above, who are lawfully trained to use them in order to protect the people of the USA.
