We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Repeal Rule 41 as it's an unwarranted invasion of privacy.

Created by P.S. on December 10, 2016

Rule 41 allows the government to spy on citizens without giving them any notification of surveillance. There must be more than a reasonable effort to inform people they are involved in a search and seizure. Citizens must make a confirmation that they are being notified of a search and seizure taking place. With Rule 41 this is no longer the case and any judge can issue a single warrant where all technology will be hacked into without notifying them of it.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
