Los Angeles County judges are receiving $57,688.00 per year per judge from L.A. County on top of the pay and benefits they receive from the State. After the Surgeon vs L.A. County case that found those payments to be unconstitutional the judges paid a lobbyist to pass SBX211 (Retro Active immunity) SBX211 did not and could not restore anyone's rights to due process in any case that L.A. County was either a party too or had a financial interest in that case. The judges do not disclose the county interest and when ask to recuse themselves they find themselves not biased, and then they file an order striking statement and continue to preside on your case.
Judges violate both CCP 170.3 , 170.3(c)(5)
SBX211 violated article 1 Section 9, and the 14th amendment.
