Reasonable gun controls are impossible within the framework established by the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
As a country we have spent the last three decades trying to make America safe for guns. The experiment is a failure. Time to declare it ended.
Strict interpretation of our Constitution bars us from producing any reasonable level of gun laws nationwide, so the time has come to bring the Supreme Law of the United States in line with the present and future needs of the people it governs.
Repeal the Second Amendment and pave the way for reasonable and intelligent regulation of firearms.
