We no longer need a second amendment for the following reasons:
1: It only dealt with highly-regulated state militias owning muskets, not idiots with machine guns.
2: As a civilized society, we have police who should be protecting us.
3: Even the Taliban, who are better trained and better armed than all of the clowns in the NRA, realize that they can never beat the United States in a direct military engagement.
4: Mo' guns= mo' problems.
