I propose the repeal of the Second Amendment. At the time when it was written, guns were mostly single-shot muskets. The amendment is incompatible in today’s society, and is responsible for thousands of deaths in the United States.
We need Congress to repeal the second amendment and pass a bill limiting the possession of handguns to law enforcement and those who could demonstrate a need for them.
