The Second Amendment is a dated legislation that no longer accurately represents the needs or protects the interests of the citizens of the United States of America. It should be revised in full and the right to bear arms should be removed. The privilege to own and use firearms should be at least as highly regulated as the privilege to operate a motor vehicle.
