Created by M.F. on January 18, 2013

Repeal the second amendment of the Bill of Rights
Amendment II: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
History, logic, cultural and technical advancement has made the second Amendment, unnecessary and a danger to present day society, as disagreements regarding the interpretation of the amendment have created a national environment where civil discourse is put in jeopardy as armed participants become threatening, coercive and or intimidating to unarmed well intentioned participants in the discourse, therefore infringing on their rights of free expression provided by the first amendment.
Amendment I: .. the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government ..
