A Privilege, Not a Right:
Access to guns should not be a right, but a privilege (such as driving), carefully controlled by government.
Stricter Gun Laws May be Unenforceable:
Gun laws are limited by the right to bear arms; therefore, passage of stricter gun control legislation may be unenforceable under the 2nd Amend. Let's stop judicial argument about interpretation of the 2nd Amend. and repeal it. Allow states to pass enforceable gun laws.
The Second Amendment No Longer Makes Sense:
