Repeal the second amendment to the US Constitution. Repeal 'The right to keep and bear arms'

The context in which the second amendment to the US Constitution was written no longer exists, rendering the concepts contained within it out of date.

What is present today is a unwanted cycle of violence.

This outdated amendment holds this nation in a constant perceived state of fear and distrust that grows in the susceptible minds into a larger cycle of violence.

As currently interpreted by the Supreme Court of the US, see link above, the right to keep and bear arms has been transformed into a violence inducing feedback cycle.

A violence reducing feedback is the reduction of number of arms, and or arm lethality.
Minimal violence is achieved with minimal numbers of arms.
