Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) allows businesses to acquire a certification allowing them to pay workers with disabilities a special wage that falls under minimum wage. This abuse of hardworking Americans who are only attempting to make a living, despite physical and mental disabilities, must be stopped.
