This one line has caused tons of businesses that hire part-time employees to cap hours at 25 a week, not nearly enough to live off of - especially since most of these jobs are minimum wage! Full-time employment in the United States is 40 hours a week, there is no need for this change of definition. All it is doing is causing those who are living paycheck to paycheck to have to find second and possibly third jobs, and still go without company-provided insurance! Universal health care in the United States is a brilliant ideal, but let's not take it out on the part-time workers just trying to get by.
