Repeal Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2012

Created by E.W. on November 17, 2012

Realizing the blatantly unconstitutional violations of the the rights of American citizens made by Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012,

Concerned that these sections of this law may allow for a President or Congress to institute a state of martial law.

Reaffirming the concerns of the American public that power may be severly abused by power-hungry leaders in times of war and peace,

These American citizens plead to the President and his administration to introduce either executive orders or new legislation totally repealing Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act of FY 2012.
