The inhumane sections of 1031 & 1032 of HR 1540 (NDAA 2012) must be repealed! The endanger the Constitutional RIGHTS of United States (and all human beings endowed with rights by our Creator for that matter), putting them at risk for indefinite detention which is a blatant violation of the Fifth Amendment. NO EXCEPTIONS should be made or wavered for the sake of national security in the terms of who a "covered person" person is, citizen or not!
