The National Defense Authorization Act(NDAA) sections that include the indefinite detention of American Civilians needs to be repealed.This country was founded on freedom,this act not only strips personal liberties but also creates a state of fear for innocent people trying to live their lives without fear of retaliation from the government.
we believe that due process is a necessary and vital part of not only our Constitution but also our basic freedoms. It is being construed that the current establishment wishes to have at its disposal, the ability to enslave the country in order to create a totalitarian society. This action only creates division between the government and the governed.
