As Americans, we enjoy a freedom of speech, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Under Obama's coveted new law, we are denied our right core and basic rights to decide for ourselves whether or not to purchase a particular good or service. This is impinging heavily on our pursuit of happiness and our freedom to decide on OUR best interests. As a democracy, we need to embrace our constitution and hold it true in all forms. Americans should not be taxed for choosing to exercise core freedoms endowed by the constitution. The law is over stretching bounds and imposing penalties that are unfair and unconstitutional.
