The federal Govenrment should force all states to abide by on set of guidlines for seizure and forfieture when dealing with criminal cases. One state Tennessee has been profiting from simple drug possesion and highway shakedowns for money and vehicles to enhance state budgets. No law enforcement agency should be given the right to take a citizens property if that citizen has not been found guilty of a crime. Tennessee Law enforcement at there discretion can simpliy take your vehicle for even having prescription medicine that belongs to you in your vehicle.
