Repeal the Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution

Created by R.D. on June 09, 2013

The Sixteenth Amendment gives "Congress the power to lay and collect taxes on income from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration".

It is the opinion of the signed citizens that the income tax process has become a hardship and burden to the citizenship of this great nation and we demand that the Congress develop a more equitable method of financing the operation of this government such as a "Flat Tax" or a "National Sales Tax."
