The income tax is an unconstitutional tax.
Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 1: “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States."
There is hard evidence that the Sixteenth Amendment was not even ratified correctly or legally. In 1913 at the time of the Sixteenth Amendment, there were 48 states in the union. 3/4 of the states are required to ratify an amendment for it to come into effect. The government says 38 states ratified but Kentucky, Oklahoma, California, and Minnesota did NOT ratify. Meaning only 34 states actually agreed to having an income tax.
REPEAL THE INCOME TAX.
