Repeal the so called "Right to Work" anti-labor law that are used to bankrupt labor unions and end collective bargaining

Created by M.G. on May 25, 2014

We want the president to introduce a law that repeals the so called "Right to Work" state laws that prohibit closed union shops, which bankrupts labor unions since they cannot collect union dues from the people who don't join the union, even though the union is required to represent them. This big business funded law effectively ends the unions ability to raise funds in order to collectively bargain for wages, benefits, and protect workers rights. In many states, like Idaho, "Right to Work" laws also makes it legal for an employer to fire workers without just cause, such as health, age, race, sex, disability, etc and allows the employer to fire without giving the employee a valid reason...hence why Idaho is ranked #50 in the United States for workers wages.
