Repeal Social Security Disability in favor of those who have enough work credits to qualify for SSDI.

Disability benefits should favor those who have paid into the system. Americans work hard, sacrificing their time and bodies to their jobs and filing for disability shouldn't take upwards of 12 months for a hearing alone. Approval rates for initial claims are less than 10% and it doesn't get much better at reconsideration. Something needs to be reformed here, whether it is putting Title II before Title XVI or reforming the system as a whole. Those who have enough work credits to qualify should be put ahead of those who have never worked a day in their lives unless in dire situations such as terminal illness or 'On the Record' cases.
