Without oil speculation gas would be about half of what it is today. With this being said, this petition would keep gas the same price it is right now, roughly around $3.60. The money that would originally have been made due to the Stock markets oil speculation would instead go to investing into clean energies. These energies would include,
Solar- improve to work in varying environments with conditions. As well as producing more energy.
Wind- improve to produce more energy and disrupt bird migration less.
Nuclear- improve to produce more energy, and campaign to show the public it's vast possibilities and safety.
Slowly lessen the use of dams which disrupt the local ecosystems and the use of coal and oil. The goal being by 2025 for 85%+ of our energy to come from clean sources.
