Repeal the Taft_Hartley Act, which allows for Right to Work laws in individual states, thus undermining labor.

This is a petition to repeal the Taft-Hartley Act, which allows individual states to incorporate Right to Work legislation which undermines labor and collective bargaining. It also has been proven that states that are right to work generally have lesser pay and benefits than states that are not right to work, based on the same type of work performed. We the people need to ensure ourselves that we have every opportunity to allow us to have a future working for any company and to be able to bargain in good faith with any employer for our future, not only for our sake, but also for our childrens'.
