Repeal tax exemptions for all religious organizations, require a 990, end tithe tax-deductions.

Created by G.F. on December 09, 2012

It is unconstitutional for a religious organization to receive tax exemptions based solely on the fact they are a religious organization. Exempting these organizations benefits no one and actually forces non-members of these organizations to foot the bill for them. This cuts into the pay and training of civil servants, while the organizations receive their services free of charge.

End the tithe deductions for organization members. Support of an organization is not giving to a chosen charity, it is giving to your chosen membership. Assuming charitable acts without a 990 form isn't a loophole, its a black hole.
