The Tenth Amendment, which gives the States the power to enact laws not prescribed by the federal government or the Constitution, has been repeatedly abused by States throughout the Southern and Mid-western United States. This amendment has unintentionally allowed certain States to pass legislation that disregard the rights of Humans and has created conflict throughout the Union once again.
So we petition the Obama administration to bring forward our demands to Congress to repeal the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution, allowing the federal government to decide on issues of human rights and to keep the States in their place.
