Repeal the Tiahrt Amendment which hinders already in place laws from being enforced by the ATF

There are several dozen firearms laws and regulations in place already which are not being enforced due to this amendment which prevents the ATF from doing any task it was created for, this would not be attacking the 2nd amendment as it will just enforce it, however, it will prevent illegal guns from being out on the streets and allow legal gun owners to keep what they have
