Repeal the trademark on the word "candy"

The embarrassment of the U.S. Patent office allowing the trademark of the word "candy" should not go unspoken. King games, the new controller of the word, has put many games on the app stores out of business, destroying the valuable jobs we so desperately need today. I ask that the patent office remove the trademark of a word so common. I say, if this is allowed, why not trademark the word "shoe" and put all shoe companies out of business. This must not happen, so I ask we repeal this injustice and bring jobs to America. Thank you.
