Repeal the unconstitutional 1936 NFA act

Created by B.L. on May 13, 2015

The 1936 National Firearms Act was created to fight gangsters and bootleggers in the 1930s. This law is extremely unconstitutional and should be repealed because it asks American citizens to pay the Feds money to exercise a right. It is no better than a law that's asks you to pay the FBI ten dollars for having an opinion. It asks 200 dollars of hard earned money to pay for so called "short barreled rifles" , suppressors, and "short barreled shotguns". All of those things make it harder for law abiding citizens to excersize and keep their rights. This law was made to fight the times and today is not the 1930s. Help secure your rights!
