Created by A.C. on December 04, 2012

The 2nd Amendment "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Now shall not be infringed, the definition of infringed is as follows; in·fringe verb (used with object)
1.to commit a breach or infraction of; violate or transgress: to infringe a copyright; to infringe a rule.

Now clearly with the current laws of having to apply for and pay for a concealed carry permit (CCP) is unconstitutional as the Constitution guarantees that the people have the right to keep and bear arms. Does that not make the Constitution our permit? We the people also believe that the laws regulating class 3 weapons (fully automatic weapons), SBR (short barrel rifles), 922r compliance laws, and suppressors.
