We the People petition the Federal Government to repeal the unconstitutional National Firearms Act of 1934. No where in the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States does it state that a citizen of this country must be taxed prior to exercising their right. Rights are not taxable and this act is unfair to law-abiding citizens who have committed no crime.
