The National Defense Authorization Act allows federal government intelligence agencies to INDEFINITELY DETAIN any person who is even SUSPICIOUS of terrorist activities, which aren't even defined!

This goes hand in hand with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which allows secret bureaucrats in the NSA to spy on US citizens WITHOUT WARRANTS! The unconstitutionality of these acts have gone beyond trashing our 4th amendment rights, they have given the federal government far too-overreaching powers.
To what end will we sacrifice liberty for security, and realize that eventually we get neither? First the Romans, then British, then the Soviets...
