Repeal unconstitutional portions the NDAA or National Defense Authorization Act that suspend our rights as Americans

Repeal the Unconstitutional portions of the NDAA or the National Defense Authorization Act that allows the executive branch the power to suspend Habeas Corpus or the right to appear in court and be represented by a lawyer. The government is referring to it as indefinite detention. We as a society are told that it is only to protect usagainst terrorists, but that portion written into the NDAA allows the executive branch (president) to do the same to U.S. citizens who are SUSPECTED, not even charged of terror activity. So where do we draw the line? When we speak out about our country's issues are we then suspected of terrorism because of our views? This is not about even what the Obama administration will do with this power, but what possible future presidents may see fit to define as terror
