Repeal The Uniformed Services Former Spouse Protection Act.

Created by R.F. on February 21, 2014

While it seemed like a good idea in the beginning, it is now being abused by vindictive ex-spouses, and leaving the service member with no protection themselves. Since they're the one who actually did the time and put themselves in harms way, a former spouse should not be entitled to the money they earned. Especially when either or both ex-spouses remarry and are already receiving child support. It should no longer be considered marital property.
