Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act (USFSPA). Does not protect women it penalizes Soldiers for making mistakes. Even if it is found that the non servicemember was unfaithful all they have to do is ask the court for the servicemembers retirement and they get it. It is unlawful and unconstitutional.
