Repeal the U.S. and UN/NATO weapon banning legislation. t's unconstitutional. Hold people, not the gun accountable!

The weapon here is not the issue. The human holding an inanimate object is the issue. We need to stop taking the blame from the true evil, the person pulling the trigger. Once we take away these weapons, they will just move to another source for their dastardly deeds. This scapegoating of guns need to stop. The whole legislation introduced by Sen. Feinstein, is unconstitutional. Our founding fathers never specified what weapons we should have, for a reason. They knew technology was going to advance and so would weaponry, and left room for that reason.
