REPEAL the USA PATRIOT Act and Sections 1021/1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act as unconstitutional.

This petition was made for the sole purpose of holding the President of the United States to his Oath of Office to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States. Under the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, every American citizen has the right to privacy against unwarranted search and seizure. Likewise, Section I of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution protects all American citizens by giving them the right to due process in a court of law. The USA PATRIOT Act and the National Defense Authorization Act of FY2012/2013 Sections 1021 and 1022 clearly violate every American citizens rights to such protections. Benjamin Franklin, once said that those who sacrifice liberty for security will get, and deserve, neither.
