repeal USC 523 (a)(8) -- the student loan exception to a debtor's ability to discharge debt under the US. Bankruptcy law

Created by C.W. on February 20, 2013

Disabling students that are in-debt, and cannot get out of it, crushes our nation's ability to grow economically, and hampers each individuals right to prosper. Student loans are an investment in our future, and if the return on that investment is no longer beneficial then it makes sense to let the investors cut their losses, and start again. This is what enterprising in America is about, and as long as the future workforce is bound by indenture and usury, our nation will never recover economically.
