Currently, a person who is eligible for social security can be unfairly penalized up to 40% of their "earned" benefits simply because they have another pension outside of the SSA system. Many people, including U.S. Senators and Congressman, make substantial incomes over the SSA ceilings. That income is not taxed yet their benefits are not penalized. Please help repeal these unfair provisions of Social Security.
