Repel any act that tries to ban Assault weapons, as well as put a limit on any magazine capacities. As citizens of the United states of America, we should be entitled to the same rights, privileges and protection that the President enjoys.
By outlawing assault rifles and limiting magazine capacities, Congress and the President are not preventing gun violence any more then drug laws repel the use of drugs, as it only puts them into the black market. The 2nd amendment of the Bill of Rights clearly states that the average, everyday American has the right to bear arms and protect themselves.
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights was created to ensure that the American people couldn't lose their rights to the government.
