There have been many cases that came to light that suggested that New York's policy "Stop-and-Frisk" is unconstitutional. For example many young minorities in New York has been stop by police officers because they seemed "suspicious". In REALITY 99 Percent of stop-and-frisks incidents resulted in no major crime but many innocent victims were still harassed by the police. I am not saying to get rid of this policy but to change its overall ruling. For instance if a police officer(s) stop-and-frisk a citizen that resulted in no state charges, that police officer(s) should Apologize instead of verbal harassment. If they can not even accept these terms than I believe the policy should be repelled completely.
