repel the pell grant funding for families who cannot afford high price loans to have lifetime pell for hardship

To address the matter for a lifetime pell for individuals with extenuating circumstances who are individual adults who are pursuing other avenue of degrees because of the rise of unemployment. Close down programs that are no use and close down certain schools that are not regionally accrediated so they can go by certain stipulations. Private schools are the ones putting individual in debt because they are using excessive pell grant funds and over excessive of student loan money and when the individual is done with there program they are not recieving a job just debt. help our nation and famillies and kids
