Replace the administrator of NOAA Jane Lubchenco, with a more vigilant and pro-active marine wildlife professional.

The American people have had enough of this disastrous administration. NOAA showcases how inefficient and ridiculous Government agencies can be. We need an agency that will not stand in the way of the locals when a local emergency arises.
