Replace the Affordable Care act with a single payer healthcare system.

Employers across the nation have begun to reduce the number of hours available to their employees in a ploy to avoid being forced to provide medical insurance coverage. Most of these positions that are being reduced are already minimum wage positions. Please amend the Affordable care act to remove the stipulation of hours worked OR simply replace it with a single payer healthcare system similar to that of the UK.
