Replace All Applicable ObamaCare Cancer Testing with 15 y.o. Jack Andraka's New 3¢ Test and Publish/Pledge Cost Savings

Created by C.L. on March 11, 2013

The calculated cost of ObamaCare ("The Affordable Care Act") has risen dramatically since passage. Jack Andraka's new test strips can detect pancreatic, ovarian, and lung cancer in five minutes for as little as 3¢ (vs. ~$800), and are more accurate and cost-effective than existing methods.

We the People demand that:
• Jack Andraka's new test be made the exclusive pancreatic, ovarian, and lung cancer testing method in ObamaCare.
• The cost-savings of this change be calculated and published, proving to the public that your administration truly does value scientific innovation.
• Cost-savings gained be pledged to scientific research and development (especially in high schools), a scholarship program specifically for brilliant minds like Jack Andraka’s, and the remainder to education funding.
