Replace all Bridges, and Dam crossings over the Susquehanna River in Maryland with a central Tunnel for security.

A coherent, secure and efficient tunnel system that will incorperate interstate I-95,US Route 1, US Route 40, Amtrack and Conrail into a centralized location and cross underneath the Susquehanna river. This will limit attack potential as well as the unsafe weather conditions that occur.
