Replace all Congresspersons with monkeys.

We, the petitioners, feel that monkeys will be less wasteful, less destructive, less divisive, and can become more productive than the last, or current, Congress. Thus, we should replace all Congresspersons with monkeys.
Monkeys would waste far less taxpayer money, monkeys have NEVER led the U.S. into any wars, supporting monkeys is far more economical than supporting Congresspersons, and monkeys are both cute and funny. Congress is neither.
We also believe that, with a darts and policy options taped to a wall, monkeys could become far more effective in passing legislation than the last, or current, Congress. We do recognize that there may be certain constitutional issues involved, however, it was designed to be adaptable and Americans are very innovative. God Bless America.
