Replace all human local, state, and federal law enforcement officers with trained geese.

It has become apparent that human police officers are unable to police human communities. As geese are excellent at self-policing, and also have not internalized the institutionalized white power structure hegemony, they are prime candidates for promoting order and peace within human communities. Intra-species hierarchies have failed. It is time for a new era of inter-species order, where the citizens are ruled under the auspicious threat of wild birds rather than in the gun sights of the men and women who have hitherto failed, as a whole, to earn the respect of the communities they are charged with protecting.
