REPLACE ANDREW JACKSON ON THE $20 BILL WITH EITHER RONALD REAGAN, BARACK OBAMA, OR FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT.

Created by R.W. on March 14, 2013

Although Andrew Jackson was considered a populous President and military hero in his time, his Indian removal policies are responsible for the death of over 4,000 American Indians on the "Trail of Tears" forced relocation of people from their traditional homelands to the Oklahoma territory. Under his military command, he was also responsible for the murder of American Indians in retaliation of attacks on white settlers by other Indians.
It is unknown how Jackson even replaced Grover Cleveland on the $20 bill in 1928, and it seems slightly strange, since Jackson dismantled the Second Bank of the United States.
Jackson was a slave owner, and an adamant supporter of continuing slavery. Also, accused of adultery, since he remarried while still being married to his first wife.
