To replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill with the famous Cherokee Sequoyah.

Created by M.P. on March 05, 2014

Given the fact that President Andrew Jackson was the only President to ignore the US Supreme Court when he allowed the Cherokee to be forcibly removed from their land and set on the Trail of Tears, and given the Trail of Tears is a shameful chapter in United States history, the portrait of Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill should be replaced with a depiction of Sequoyah, the famous Cherokee leader who set down the Cherokee language.
