replace Arne Duncan as Secretary of Education. He has done nothing but tell us what we already know. All talk no action.

Replace Arne Duncan. He has done nothing in two years but tells us what education reformers already know. He has taken little action to move America forward to the top spot in a global world. We know the issues and he just serves to reminds us. If he can't do more than tell us about our failing students instead of telling us how he can help our high-flyers fly higher, then he, and the Dept. of Education need to go. Both are wasting public money.
